fixed a bug on new project creation where the config file path wasn't
being passed correctly. Also started the groundwork for adding more of

added a bit of breakup between the startup output and the prompt to
select a config, also made the switch_config command clear the
current_input so that it's not left over when you come back.

added a module to copy the command to run a portscan for the scope, and
added the ability to add new configs to separate projects, like work vs
