exiting the tool now saves state information by default
parse_scope command now parses the general.md file and finds all ip addresses, ip subnets, or domain names with TLDs then writes it to the scope.md file.

The network code has not been fully verified yet, and the approach to authentication and encryption has not be validated. The Victim binary that it generates is not complete, it works, but is VERY basic.
